   • DigiBuy Now hosts digital goods (game top-ups, gift cards, subscriptions, codes). Some goods are sold by third-party sellers.
   • Sellers must register, provide accurate business information, and comply with our seller policies. We may vet sellers and remove listings that violate our rules.
   • We act as a facilitator for transactions between buyers and sellers; where applicable, sellers are responsible for their listings, delivery and pricing. We will mediate disputes where possible.

4. Purchases, Payments & Delivery
   • You must provide valid payment information. We use third-party payment processors; payment card data is handled by those processors and may not be stored by us except as permitted and tokenized.
   • Some digital items are delivered instantly; other items may have specific delivery windows. Delivery terms (instant or scheduled) are stated on product pages.
   • All purchases are subject to applicable fees and local taxes where relevant.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
   • Refund eligibility depends on product type, delivery status, and local consumer laws. Digital products delivered instantly are typically non-refundable unless faulty or undelivered.
   • To request a refund, contact support with your order details. We will investigate and respond according to our Refund Policy and legal obligations.

6. Intellectual Property
